Exchange/Return Policy
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a refund or exchange
All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any personalized/engraved products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
We will not be able to get the items picked up. However, we are happy to share the contact the courier agencies. Please note - shipping the pieces to and fro will be on a chargeable basis.
Process
While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the original box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days
